As Health Professionals, we know there is a link between exercise and mental health, and a societal pressure to ‘get your body back‘ after baby, but often, women don’t know how to start exercise, or want to for fears of returning to exercise safely after birth and in early parenting. Ren and Jen from She Moves are Pre and Postpartum Exercise Specialists who advise women on what to look out for, and how to be safe after having their babies.
