Why Donate?

By donating to support our work, either as an individual or as a business, you are making a genuine difference. Your generosity will support expecting and new mums and dads and their families to recover from perinatal anxiety and depression. You could even help save lives.

Here’s how your donation will make a real impact:

$20 provides vital information and resources to mums and dads affected by perinatal anxiety and depression so they can get support and recover more quickly.

$50 helps us organise events that break down stigma surrounding perinatal anxiety and depression so people don’t delay seeking help, potentially saving lives.

$75 invests in educating health professionals about perinatal anxiety and depression so their patients get the right treatment and support.

$ Your choice

No amount is too large or too small. All and any support is gratefully received. Donations over $5 are tax deductible

Choose to gift a single donation, or set up regular monthly or annual giving to support the work we do.

Become a PADA Wellbeing Champion with regular giving

Becoming a PADA Wellbeing Champion is the easiest and best way to support PADA, because regular gifts help us to plan for the future effectively and efficiently. Donating in this way keeps admin cost to a minimum, meaning more of your donation goes towards helping vulnerable expectant and new parents. PADA receives no regular Government funding and we rely solely on the generosity of everyday New Zealanders to ensure we can continue to deliver our services throughout New Zealand.

Regular giving means being able to contribute a manageable amount at a frequency that suits you. Weekly, monthly or annual options are available and no amount is too big or too small.

Other ways to contribute

There are many other ways you can support PADA. From creating a registry or purchasing a good gift card from The Good Registry, to reclaiming your tax rebates with Supergenerous, or receiving discounts on shopping with Rewardhub and Switch Your Spend while supporting PADA. Find out more here

If wishing to create a legacy you can leave a gift in your will. This kind of gift is called a residuary legacy, the benefits of which is that it only relates to the share of your estate left after family, friends and loved ones have been taken care of.
