Flourishing Families Rotorua

At Flourishing Families Rotorua, PADA Kaitohutohu | Advisory Board Member Tina Berryman-Kamp works with adults to support their mental health and wellbeing.

Please note they are not a crisis service. Tina works regular business hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. This is a Private Practice so there will be a cost involved.

Psychological Services are about working in partnership in a safe space. Psychology is not about fixing things, rather it is exploring new, more helpful ways of seeing and doing things to get different outcomes. Sessions are useful for those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress or having issues with adjusting to life changes or unexpected events – Tina’s speciality is the adjustment to parenting and perinatal mental health and she works across genders, and with adults of all ages. She uses a variety of evidence based practices, depending on your needs and preferences – drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; Mindfulness Techniques; Circle of Security Parenting; Goal setting and Problem Solving; Feedback Informed Treatment; Relaxation Training; and Supportive Counselling
