Meet Our Charities
We are proud to be supporting these three pillars of our community:
PADA – Perinatal Anxiety and Depression Aotearoa: Our mission is to promote the wellbeing of whānau by supporting perinatal mental health, fostering resilience, and nurturing strong foundations for life. We work to eliminate the stigma around perinatal mental health in Aotearoa New Zealand by championing awareness and facilitating best practices in perinatal mental health and wellbeing to ensure all families and whānau have equitable access to appropriate information and support.
Little Shadow: Little Shadow is a Wellington-based charity supporting parents and whānau experiencing perinatal mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and baby loss. We provide low-cost specialist counselling, group programmes, and working alongside other providers, practical wraparound support to help families feel connected, strengthened, and less alone.
Lower Hutt Women’s Centre: Lower Hutt Women’s Centre is a community-based organisation in Lower Hutt supporting women and whānau through accessible social services and advocacy. It provides free and low-cost counselling, social work support, workshops, and community programmes that promote wellbeing, connection, and empowerment.
