Well Women
Well Women Trust exists to ensure that māmā can easily access a local network of support for their mental wellbeing. Our services are led by individuals with their own lived experience of pregnancy‑related isolation, distress, anxiety, and depression.
We walk alongside wāhine and their whānau, providing tools, connection, and compassionate support to help them develop strategies for their own wellness journey.
We support women and their whānau in Franklin, Papakura, and Manurewa who are experiencing antenatal or postnatal distress or anxiety. Our approach is holistic, strengths‑based, and focused on building resilience. Any woman who feels she needs support is welcome to get in touch with us.
We currently offer six peer support sessions each week, five in‑person and one online providing flexible options for māmā to attend as often as they need.
Our core services include peer support, phone support, and free childminding during our daytime sessions.
If you feel that you need our support then please contact us:
